High-precision Bolt Axial Force Measurement System

The ORIBOLT® X series high-precision axial force measurement system is based on advanced electromagnetic ultrasonic sensors (EMAT) and employs a dual-wave method using both transverse and longitudinal waves to directly measure the absolute value of the axial force (preload) of in-service bolts, providing you with accurate axial force feedback with a deviation controlled within ±5%. This axial force measurement system significantly enhances the precision during installation and maintenance, improves the consistency of bolt axial forces, and reduces operational and maintenance costs.
