Bolt Electromagnetic Ultrasonic (EMAT) Axial Force Detection and Phased Array Testing System

The ORIBOLT® XP series bolt electromagnetic ultrasonic axial force detection and phased array flaw detection system simultaneously features electromagnetic ultrasonic bolt axial force detection and ultrasonic phased array flaw detection functions, enabling a comprehensive assessment of the bolt installation status. It addresses issues such as bolt loosening, cracking, and breaking on-site by evaluating the bolt's post-installation status from the perspective of axial force detection (preload), thereby tackling bolt failure issues at the source. For units at risk, phased array flaw detection is employed to address potential bolt hazards on-site. This equipment is portable and easy to use, applicable across various industries including wind power, thermal power, railways, and bridges, for in-service testing of various types of bolts such as external hex bolts and internal hex double-ended studs.
